Each room has a unique decoration and tells you a story.

Have you noticed what is above the bed in the book room ? Another crazy idea that makes our decoration so special…

Before being the Apostrophe hotel, this place used to be a one star hotel. To keep a “souvenir” of what it used to be we have taken a photo  of an old wall and printed it on the bedhead !

We also took a picture of the old tiles on the floor (18th century) and have reproduced them on the carpet.
When history meets modernity !

The “Travel diary” room is decorated with drawing made by Frederic Arnold these drawings of our neighbourhood are mixed with texts of Hemingway and Simone de Beauvoir, who both used to live in the 6th district : Luxembourg, Montparnasse, Saint Germain des Pres.

On the 5th floor our “Paris-Paradise” room has an amazing view onto the Paris’ roofs and the top of the Eiffel tower !

Our showers are powerfull and have 3 different systems : 6 side jets, a smooth rain head shower with light and another hand shower. You can use one, two or three systems at a time.

Last but not least our “Balneo” rooms have private “Jacuzzi” baths equiped with Chromotherapy (light changing colours). Can you find more relaxing ?

All rooms are equiped with magnifying mirrors, hair dryers and separate toilets.

Some think “Romance” is old fashioned… But, we believe that “there is nothing like Love” ! Paris is the place for lovers and Apostrophe Hotel is a very romantic hotel :

That is why we have created the “Romantic nights”, including champagne chocolate and a heart made of petals of roses.

If you give us your initials, we will write them in the middle !

I believe we have put a lot’s of creativity using photographies, decors and paintings. We payed great attention on details choosing always the best materials and trying to illustrate our love of literature.

Our staff speaks fluent english and a second or third language and our only concern is to help you in spending the best possible stay in Paris.

The Apostrophe hotel is all about stories : we have imagined each room as a unique place illustrating a subject (book, caligraphy, press, poster etc.). Each floor has its own theme : before writing, signs, books, writing in the city… And all these themes are linked to writing. This sounds logical when you know that we are located in an artistic neighbourhood : full of literary coffes, editors and bookstores.

In summary, Apostrophe hotel is a very small boutique hotel, full of warmth, creative atmosphere and intimacy, where we have put quite our soul.

The Apostrophe hotel is a poem hotel. This room is dedicated to reading, poetry, prose and all forms of literature. During the Salon du Livre or during the month of poetry (Mois de la poésie), it is of course the room to stay in. You do not necessarily have to come and write a book but you will surely find inspiration to discover or rediscover Paris in a romantic or literary way; why not be guided by the memory of the writers who traveled from Montparnasse to Rive Gauche.

We do. And Apostrophe hotel has decided to give a second life to these leads. We find them very interesting for decoration purposes. What could we imagine more trendy than these big letters inverted. Big, small, all different and all similar, they are playfull, elegant and you just feel like touching them…
